Statue crocodile des zones humides tropicales

The detail in the stock photo is what sold me on this item. Unfortunately, I didn't get this. Looks like the statue I got was sitting out in a back lot somewhere. The statue is faded and the detail in the face just isn't even close to what is shown in the stock photo. I was hoping for something a little more sturdier but the resin material this is made of makes me wonder when it will crack under the Southern California sun. I still need to spray some protectant on it but I need to figure out how to fix the detailing first. I do like it, but if I were to have seen the actual photos versus the stock photo, I would not have purchased this item.

I have many Design Toscano statues in my gardens but this one is my favorite. I live in Florida so he is right at home. The packaging was so good it took us a long time to uncrate him but that is what made him safe in shipping.

We ordered this magnificent beast as a show piece for the deck. No crocodiles in Louisiana, so gators beware, We made sure to protect it with a coating so it will last and keep its beauty. Her name is Tic Toc, the Croc from Peter Pan, she is looking for the other hand. Over eleven feet long, she feels right at home, allowing all the babies the ride of their lives. We are so pleased with the quality of this piece as we are with all of the treasures we have purchased. She is so real that she scares me. Too real looking for me, but Tic Toc was not bought for me, she is for all to be pleased. We know she will give us great pleasure, and a definite conversation piece.
