This table just arrived and I love it. The details of the hand (veins and all) are really done well. I am using this on my outdoor patio as a side table. It is going to be quite a conversation piece this summer! It is nice and heavy and very sturdy. The glass top is nicely made and does have a pencil edge. The pictures of the table by the pool show a plain glass top, but it is nicer and more expensive looking with the pencil edge. I didn't want to spend tis much on a patio table, but it looks great and I'm very happy with my purchase. It arrived in two days and in perfect condition!
