Brand new out of bag and there is a broken latch -not good

Broken latches after about 2 months for the price of it you would think better quality I would of thought better of dewalt I can’t even reach anyone for replacement parts

The cooler is great but both the latches broke after the first time I took it out to the lake for a whole day. Also the replacements are nowhere to be found so now it’s just a really heavy regular cooler since there’s no latches to create a tight seal

Was very excited about this as we have bought dozens of Dewalt products for our construction company. Had this one less than 1 month before the latch broke.
