1. Wayfair must assemble all individual packages into ONE delivery order instead of sourcing parts from 6 places, creatibng 6 separate deliveries. Wayfair needs to ensure FEDEX delivers as ONE order not 6 separate boxes (gong show). Once order was passed to FEDEX, neither Wayfair or FEDEX were NO help to coordinate the separate boxes or provide proper contact info to get these all on the SAME truck (gong show). FEDEX didn't respond to my request to have just one delivery, tried to deliver on July 1st (their drivers day off), etc., despite knowing that the delivery location was gated and required my attendence was needed to escort the FEDEX truck on site, which required 6 separate trips outside Calgary. They wasted a lot of my time, vehicle fuel, and my energy driving back and forth.
2. #1 bolts were insufficient and #2 bolts had to be used in order to continue assembly. Provide 200.
3. Upper roof bug screen would be better with Velcro attachment instead of 12 bolts/nuts.
4. Roof corners require larger drain holes as 6mm is too small to let water/debris out. Modify mold accordingly.
5. Roof panel sticky film came off in millions of pieces, delaying assembly. Use foam between panels instead.
6. #5 bolts had to be mashed into bottom bracket holes, causing thread damage. Get enginnering to revise the lower hole slots (wider).
7. Curtains numbered 1 to 4 but guide shows letters. Edit guide.
