​Great pergola and easy assembly, but with a couple of issues ​We really like this pergola, and the whole family is thoroughly enjoying the shade it provides on our deck. It was quite easy to assemble (we only needed two people for the posts and main beams) and I was able to do the rest by myself. ​However, there are a couple of things worth pointing out. As shown in the photos, some of the holes on the beams were not pre-drilled, which made installation a bit more difficult. Additionally, the hook used to move the louvers arrived with rust spots and a poor finish, which is disappointing for a brand-new item. Due to a lack of time, I wasn't able to contact customer service to make a claim. Overall, it's a good product, but quality control could definitely be better.

This is a beautiful and stunning pergola. It is a very pergola for the price that I paid. The assembly of the pergola by the Wayfair services is amazing!

Pergola looks very nice. I'm not sure how sturdy it will be due to the thin metal feet (parts A1)

Great pergola for the price, exact size we needed. We did use the wayfair assembly service and their two people took about 5 hours to build. It didn’t seem that difficult if you have an extra set of hands, tools, and a full day of work available on your schedule. It came in 3 separate boxes. 2 for the louvres and 1 box for the 4 main legs. I do recommend the insurance just in case, it doesn’t seem like it would take a lot of hits easily. Overall, this is an easy and quick solution for outdoor shade that looks great and is functional.

I ordered the white pergola, it came and was great but one of the beams was dented. I requested a replacement, sent pics, included the piece code from the manual. Took 2 weeks for the piece to arrive and not only was it not the piece I asked for which was a 10’ beam, I received 2 brackets in the wrong color.
