The completed pergola looks great and functions well. It is very solid construction. It definitely takes 2-3 people to assemble at times and a solid ladder. It gets 4 out of 5 stars only because of how hard parts of it were to put together.

I looked at several different pergola options before making a final choice. Having many different options was great! The price was also much more reasonable than other options I looked at and the customer reviews were very good so I placed the order. All of this went smoothly and I was quite pleased. Unfortunately the shipping logistics were a bit frustrating. Initially The arrival date was the day that I was going to be leaving out of town. I called and asked it be delivered first thing in the morning or no later than noon or be moved ahead 4-5 days. I did not want the 3 very large boxes it came in left outside. I learned that I could not reschedule final delivery to my home until it arrived at the final distribution site. Rather than get into too many details, it was finally delivered a week later. When it arrived I noticed 2 punctures in one of the boxes but it did not appear to be significant. I opened the boxes and checked to make sure all parts were included (they were) but noticed that 2 of the key rails were bent on the ends where those punctures were. One of the bent corners was minor, the other more significant. I immediately contacted customer service, sent photos and was told they would send a replacement part. A week later I got a notice the part was delayed. After several days without hearing anything, I decided to try and straighten the bent part and make it work. With some effort I was able to repair the bend so that it worked properly and assembled everything with the help of my grandson. I then called customer service, learned I could cancel that replacement item and worked out a satisfactory arrangement in terms of a discount. I will say that the customer service people and the delivery guys I interacted with were all friendly and helpful and the app tracking aspect was as well. The finished pergola did take some time to assemble, but the instructions were good, everything fit togeather well and I was pleased to have a few extra screws and bolts. It seems sturdy and fits my need very nicely, so after all the shipping ordeal, I very satisfied with the final results !

Great high quality pergola! We assembled it ourselves. It was not easy just due to the sheer size of it, but the instructions were very easy to follow. So worth the hard work for the shade it provides on our patio!
