O It turned out perfect if I say so myself. Lol ! Its a nice quality unit . Theres a crank hanging in the corner ,just turn the crank and it opens and closes then take crank to other side and repeat . Operates very smoothly !

Love it, but some of screws were hard to put in. Amd one braket did not have the wholes ligned up. But over all, its a great product.

Fairly easy to set up - I thought it was going to be alot worse! So cute for the backyard

first the delivery was prompt and curtious guys placed item next to house out of way pergola was easy to set up with 3 people took about 3 hours its just what we wanted looks great

So frustrating- pergola was almost 2 weeks late from estimated delivery date. Finally received the pergola, unboxed it and was excited to set it up. It was missing all of the hardware and 4 of the corner pieces. Now I have to wait an additional 7-10 days for the replacement parts to set it up. Summer is almost over at this point. Waste of $1500 and very disappointed in this whole experience. Buyer beware
