Great so far! Love the color and finish!

We have no idea what this thing is like. Its shipped in 6 boxes due to weight. We received the first 3 boxes no problem, materials looked in good condition. Then the last 3 were to arrive a few days later. They were delayed for a few weeks. Contacted wayfair and was told they will definitely be there in 2 days. 4 days later, nothing. Contacted them again. They canceled those 3 boxes and shipped out supposedly those last 3 boxes needed to complete out awning again, to arrive 4 days later. They did arrive... THE SAME FIRST 3 BOXES. Enough. We wanted to use this fir a function we were having late this month. We gave up and they picked up those 6 boxes and we got a refund. Last time I ordered i had damaged item and so was the replacement. I gave wayfare another shot. Never again.

The good: We bought the 14x10 and it is heavy duty. I haven't fixed it to my deck yet, but I doubt that would even be necessary because it's heavy and sturdy. It gets 4 stars because I'm confident it will serve its purpose for a long time. The bad: I can't give it 5 stars because assembly was difficult, even with 2 people in their 30s. It took us a total of around 10-12 hours over a few days. When assembling the large/heavy support beams, you will probably need to have some kind of supporting table or shelf to lean them on (or have a person hold a large piece while someone affixes it to another) to prevent bending. You'll also need at least one step ladder and a Phillips head screwdriver, which the description fails to mention and isn't included. I highly suggest you have at least 3 people assemble it and take your time. Read the instructions on the site here before purchasing to ensure you can do it.

Unfortunately we have not been able to put up yet. Waiting for the weather to get better.
