[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Let me start with the size, this cold/hot plunge is sized perfectly for one person so sit and submerge to around armpit level if you scoot down a bit, the entire size is roughly that of a conventional bath tub so it will fit even in a smaller space. It is heavy, around 200+ lbs, my husband and I were able to manage it without too much of a problem but it would be good to consider additional help in moving it. The sound of the pump turning on is pretty loud but I opted to install it under my deck so for me it’s not an issue. Because of the smaller capacity the water will heat and cool quickly when you add room temperature water so it is unnecessary to keep it at the highest or lowest temperature at all times depending on how you plan to use it, the WiFi will enable you to set your temperature hours before it is needed to help conserve energy. There are a couple of issues I did come across, the first is some internal signage was damaged (picture is included) and the instructions gave no indication as to how often the water should be changed based on usage, I use untreated well water fed by a natural spring and found that about two weeks was the maximum time before needing to drain the water but someone with treated city water can probably go closer to 4 weeks. Overall my husband and I have really enjoyed a quick cold plunge in the morning to help with muscle recovery after a workout and a hot soak in the evening to relax.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This came when I wasn’t home and my kids were super excited!! Super easy to put together, but heavy to move! Size is nice, we could actually fit two of us in! Should be super easy to keep clean with a nice cover for it! The cold plunge is going to be amazing! And the warm very relaxing!! Can’t wait to try it many many times! Jet is relaxing and color changing sets the mood! SUPER excited about this! This is going to be nice for the health benefits of a cold plunge and mental benefit of relaxing!!
