[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This indoor sauna is great!! Assembly took a little over 1 hour but once you start to assemble it it’s pretty easy. I love the design and all the light options that come with it. The heat in the sauna feels amazing and so relaxing.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this product in exchange for my honest review. I am in awe of how easy this thing was to assemble. It arrived in a well packaged freight box. Upon unboxing we noticed that the panels have minimal dings and scratches but did not affect the performance of the product. It was very easy to put together with two people. It is well constructed outside of the bottom foot base, what you step onto when getting in and out. That base is not sturdy and creaks and bows when standing on it. The product is easy to use. Defiantly only meant for 1 person. The instructions for installation and for use were sufficient. It heats up quickly and get hot. The back part where the heater is at gets really hot so it’s ideal to wear a shirts or towel to avoid burns. The Bluetooth soeaker works great and is easy to set up on my iPhone. I absolutely love this sauna and am enjoying using it. It’s defiantly a dry heat unlike steam saunas. You will want to work your way up to the max temperature or however long you can stand without going over the maximum duration of time. It’s easy to clean and looks great no matter where you put it. Love the overall health benefits it provides while using it. Absolutely worth the price tag on it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Assembly took literally 1.5 hours! It was pretty easy to install, although the directions could have been clearer. The quality of the sauna is great and it's also aesthetically pleasing. It's quiet, heats quickly, and fits two people quite comfortably. The lighting system (especially the starlights) is very cool and the color variety is fun and useful for mood enhancement. We enjoy having Bluetooth capability for music. Also, the oxygen-ionizer is a nice feature and smells so fresh! What I loved about it was how easy it was to assemble and that it didn't need a special power outlet. The only improvements I'd suggest are better instructions and a redesign of the door handle. Unfortunately, the current door handle design presented some difficult challenges during assembly, consuming almost as much time as the rest of the unit! As for the specifics, the interior is made of solid Hemlock wood, which is efficient for heat retention. It's assembled with a latch system, which is visually pleasing on the outside of the sauna. It uses infrared heat, is equipped with an oxygen ionizer, color therapy lights (chroma), a Bluetooth speaker system, and an easy-to-use LED touch control panel. It plugs into a regular power outlet, making it very ideal for setup. This is perfect for adults who love a warm, soothing, quiet, safe, and relaxing experience. It is ideal for those who have aches and pains and for ones looking for improved skin and circulation. Super easy maintenance, too. And it only takes up the same space as a recliner chair.

It’s a solid one-person infrared sauna that does exactly what it’s supposed to do. It arrived well-packaged in a large crate. Installation took two people and about 30 minutes — pretty straightforward. The only issue was some damage to the front panels from shipping, which was disappointing but didn’t affect function. Size-wise, it’s clearly designed for one person. I was hoping two people could squeeze in, but that’s not realistic. It’s compact and fits the description. Heat-up time is good — it reaches around 150°F in 15–20 minutes and gets you nice and sweaty. The infrared heat feels effective and relaxing once you’re in. The one real downside is the heater placement. It’s positioned very close to your back, and the direct heat can feel intense enough to leave your skin red. I had to hang a towel over my back at first, and now I just wear a shirt in the sauna, which solves the problem. For the price, this is a very impressive little sauna. Easy to set up, heats up well, and delivers a solid sweat session. I’d recommend it if you’re looking for a compact one-person infrared unit and don’t mind working around the heater placement.
