Not easy to get into and out of as you can imagine, but also folds up while in the seat and is quite uncomfortable with the inability to stretch out and distribute the weight

Perfect. After purchasing hammock chairs previously from Wayfair, not realizing the product origin and quality control. The materials in this chair are quick to resist water and DO NOT transfer color to your clothing, which in past on purchases if ANY moisture is present there is a transfer "bleed" of color onto your clothing. SO this brand is high recomment to safely sit and not worry your clothing will suffer.
