Horrible experience. Strike 1 Original package was damaged beyond being deliverable, so I had to request reorder. Strike 2 Precut parts were so grossly misaligned that I had to request replacement of Part A. Strike 3 The bench cannot be easily switched to table and vice versa because of misalignment of precut parts. The manufacturer must not own measuring tools or have any quality control.

At this time I cannot even be sure if all parts are present andor if the items arent already damaged due to the condition upon delivery by Fedex. Update Went through the damaged boxes and thankfully no missing pieces, just paint scratches that I can fix. Item is heavysturdy. Relatively easy to put together with an extra hand or chairs. Purchased two.

The manufacturer cheaped out using coils instead of leavers.....not good.

Duramax customer service is not very good. I’m having trouble with parts fitting and missing parts which are like somebody to reply.
