Giving Only 3 Stars because Purchased for Husband and he just opened it and Product is Full of Dents. Very Disappointed in Condition. We finally used it and it doesnt keep its proper temperature hasnt gone over 180°!

So I purchased this for my husband for Christmas and it came from the manufacturer or company that sent it with dents and scratches on the side as it put can see in the pictures. My husband didn’t want to try to repackage it as this item is almost 95 lbs and try to figure out how to get it back. So we opted to keep it as it’s cosmetic and should not affect functionality of it. This item requires some assembling but it’s quite minimal. You only need a screwdriver if I remember correctly. This item is Stainless Steel and a powder coated black housing. The handles are also a stainless steel brushed finish. This smoker does have Bluetooth. You download the app to your phone or tablet and can use the app to control the temperature. The app is extremely basic and nothing special. If this was the reason for my purchase I would have returned it. Absolutely no real creativity put into the functionality of this app In the top part of the smoker you have several metal racks. The top one has hooks for sausage and hanging meats on it. All the racks are removable however the levels are affixed and cannot be adjusted. In the bottom drawer your dripping pan is in there, a water pan as well as a wood chip pan of you choose to use them all the trays can be removed for cleaning. The drawer stays shut by clasp latches. It’s not self closing. By the glider on the drawer seems to move easily enough. The thermal probe is built in and has a nice housing holder on inside of machine to store the probe in Read instructions thoroughly. You must season the smoker before it’s first use. This is an electric smoker so you will need an outlet for it. Place on flat ground as the back has 2 wheels for moving it around. I could not find a custom cover that fits this smoker by the company so, I purchased the Unicook 40” cover and it fits this smoker fully assembled almost perfect. It’s a nice Fit Looking forward to getting to use the smoker for some delicious meals. I would have given 5 stars if item was not damaged, had a better Bluetooth app, had a cover by manufacturer for this model. Yes these are minimal things but they matter.

My husband likes it a little disappointed regarding the bluetooth connection but that doesnt get in the way of great smoked meat.
