We have had this for over a year now and are very happy with the purchase. It is a nice alternative to driving out!

Arrived well packed on pallet. Delivered into my garage to await preparation of its' new home in the basement. Another company would have delivered the unit to the street curb, which is 190 feet from the garage. Delivery weight was over 400 lbs. The level of effort to protect the unit was amazing. There was not a mark on the unit. There were a few small marks added getting it down the stairs because of the weight and size with the glass door and panels. Had two adult sons assisting with the assembly. The hardest part was getting down exterior storm entrance to basement. By tilting the front and back sections it cleared by a couple inches. The floor and walls attached easily with the clips on the corners. The top slide into place easily. All parts fit perfectly. Directions were clear and easy to follow. Ran the dedicated 20 amp service the next day and enjoyed the sauna on my 75th birthday. The unit did not take long to reach the 120 degree level. I (and several others) look forward to enjoying the sauna.

Make sure you have plenty of clearance for the 61 front door. A few minor things that I don’t love, but I’m very happy with this purchase.

So relaxing! I’ve been using this sauna for about a month now, 2–3 times a week, and I absolutely love it. It was well packaged and took us less than two hours to assemble. Once we figured out the perfect permanent spot for it, everything came together easily. I’m so glad we went ahead with this purchase—it’s incredibly relaxing after a long day.

Great Sauna so far. Heats up fast. Arrived in good shape and was easy to set-up.
