Hi, the size is longer and a bit larger for a 10X12 gazebo which is not ideal. In addition, there is no vent at the top which cause the roof to take the wind like a sail boat. Third, the return terms are ridiculous compared to to the price paid. The quality of the made is ok. Due to those returns terms, I will try to make it fit. This situation is making myself thinking of ordering again at Wayfair.ca. Disappointing. Regards

My gazebo measurements are 10 x 10 square frame the product I received is 10x13 so it is to large

Worked out perfect for our need. Quality seems to be ok so far.

This is the second cover sent. Packaging is very very poor and first cover was visibly damaged. The 1st cover went back same day it arrived and . I had to pay to ship back even though all I wanted was a replacement. Second cover came quickly and was in the same flimsy packaging as the first was. I hoping for a better fit. Sadly no one makes a true 9’x10’ cover. Description said it was the size I needed. Cover is wider by 6 inches and the length is shorter by 6 inches. Velcro straps are a joke. Less then 2 “ long. I am not sending it back don’t want to pay shipping again. It will due for now. We jeri-rigged it with our own Velcro straps. I would have given it a higher score even though it is not sized correctly. The straps however are unusable. So it gets 1 star.
