The bench arrived without any of the screws or building directions. The legs were scratched. Still waiting to hear back from the manufacturer to see if I will get replacement/refund. Extremely frustrated that I was sent a used and opened box. All of my orders from Wayfair have been great so far so this is disappointing .

We like the bench and the price was right since it was on sale, however the bench arrived damaged with 2 chunks cut out in the side of the seat on one side. Since we are putting it against a wall, we faced damaged side against the wall where no one can see it. Shipping box was intact, it looks like it was sent out damaged. Normally I would return it and asked for a replacement, but had no time since we were leaving town. Not cool to sell damaged goods even at a discount.

I absolutely love this bench! After getting the first one I ordered another for my front porch!! Great price and easy to put together! Thanks Wayfair!!
