Great couch! Cushion are not the thickest and the velcro straps to hold pieces together could be better, but easy to add our own. Overall looks exactly as expected and easy to assemble!

I was excited about this product to complete my patio set. Unfortunately, I was shipped the incorrect item. However, Wayfair was speedy in resolving the issue for a full refund. The same day, the item appeared to come back into stock online, so I reordered it. After a week-long delay, I contacted Wayfair again. Once again, customer service was very helpful. It turns out that the item had not been in stock, even though it allowed me to pay for it and still at the time did show up as available on the site. The next day, my order was canceled. So although customer service corrected the problems quickly, both problems seem to have unnecessarily been their fault to begin with.

Overall I really like the style of this couch. If you buy the other configurations, the set is totally modular to fit your space. My only complaint is that the fabric is REALLY scratchy. It is very waterproof though--I spilled coffee on a cushion and it sat for a good minute or two without soaking in while I grabbed a towel.

We bought the whole set so that we could build a big seating area to go around the fire pit. It was super easy to put together, and the cushions are great.

Very nice and comfortable outdoor barbecues get together. Would definitely 100 by again!!
