Very nice sofa! Sturdy, comfortable and easy to put together!

There were multiple misalignment of the holes to attach the back of the sofa to the base.

Amazing easy to assemble super durable

The product simply is poor workmanship, and cannot be screwed together and properly assembled. The holes are misaligned with the frame, and it's frustrating to pay for a sofa that comes and is damaged from day 1. Customer service consists of AI that will not compensate, and only offers to send a new frame, which may well also be misaligned, and after taking 3 hours to try and assemble it (and tightening everything to make up for the missing screws), I am not willing to disassemble and reassemble. But a company that respects its customers would provide compensation.

For the money, I thought it was a good purchase. Easy to assemble, furniture is very sturdy, however, cushions could be more comfortable. I’ll probably upgrade the cushions next season overall goodbye
