Disappointed with the quality and customer service The sectional arrived with a damaged/bent section, and I provided photos clearly showing the damage. Customer service then requested a video, even though I explained that the sectional had already been disassembled and placed back in the box. I’m not willing to take the entire sectional back out and reassemble it just to provide additional evidence when photos have already been provided. My children’s safety is my priority, and I’m not comfortable having them sit on a damaged sectional. I’m very disappointed that a reasonable solution could not be provided for an item that cost over $720.

All I can say is don’t get this outdoor sectional the material is so so so bad.

Took 3-4 hours with two competent people assembling. Instructions weren’t great. No cover included - disappointing for the price.

It arrived in just a few days and looks just like the picture! it came in two separate boxes and was a tiny bit hard to put together. i would definitely recommend using different tools than what is provided to speed things up but overall they will get the job done.
