The legs were scratched up and a bit mangled on my order but I returned my feedback too late to get satisfaction. I was very very busy at the time and away from the location where I was going to be using the chairs. The delivery service noted the damage as the legs were damages and sticking out of the box and they were going to enter a statement and photos of the damage as well. By the time I mentioned it to Wayfair I was informed that I had run out of time for feedback.
