This chair only gets one star. If we could give it zero stars then we would. It showed up in an ill fitting box as though someone had emptied it and couldnt put it back properly, with elbows sticking out of seams. But to top it off the base requires 3 pieces, A, B, and C. Only pieces A and C were there. Cant assemble this chair and its VERY disappointing. 

This wicker, swiveling chair will work fine on my patio. It’s light weight and the color is a neutral gray. Sitting in the chair it did make a cracking sound, but it does swivel. The light blue cushion is comfortable.

I like the chair. It looks cute in my space but I’m afraid I have a few negative comments. It was incredibly difficult to put together with simple hand tools. The base is in 3 pieces and the chair was in 2. Most of the screw locations were accessed through the thin wicker strips. The provided Allen wrench reached the screw but it was impossible to do full turns. It was frustrating and took a long time. And be sure to line up the base pieces with the swivel plate before putting the base pieces together. You’ll thank us for that tip. Also, I’m sure it was included in the product description but I was surprised that the chair was plastic. As for how it sits, the enclosed cushion is firm but the back reclines a little too sharply to be comfortable. This can be fixed by a back pillow.

The Wicker Chair arrived well packed in a box. I had my husband open the box up cause he is putting it together for us. It had directions in the box and all the pieces, and a package of screws As soon as I saw everything the color and the cushion I loved it. It took a little time to put it together, but once it was together I sat in it. It's a nice chair and well made . It will be great for our porch..

So disappointed. My son who is a Cabinet and furniture builder tried to put this Wicker Swivel Chair together for me but to know avail. We stated out with the bottom 3 pieces that are suppose to match together. Once they go together you attach the a big black square mechanism on the top so the chair can swivel. Well, needless to say the square piece could not line up because the parts on the bottom were wrong. Not only that, the ones that would go through the screws were no long enough. I had my son continue on knowing that no one could sit in this chair. There was no telephone number to call in the directions. Just an email if you had an issue. I sent an email requesting the parts my son suggested. Then to put the seat together the screws were not long enough to go through for them to make it secure enough. I was very disappointed. I would not recommend this to anyone. The picture looks good but no one can sit on this chair but my gnomes. I am just waiting to see if I hear back from the company.
