Some the plastic ropes for the seating was broken when we opened the boxes. Within a week 6 chairs had broken ropes. Staring pictures of two of them. How do I return the chairs???

Cute until the seat started unraveling after less than a month of owning and sat on one time. Wayfair customer service was not helpful in resolving the issue as I no longer had the original box to return the chair.
