5/29/26 This is not part of the review of the original shipment and is added as information. Just assembled the replacement chairs. Ones stood out for being different. The hardware was heavier and needed a #5 metric hex bit. The included Allan wrench was larger so no issue there. The hardware was matt finished cap head instead of polished flat head so it does look minorly different from the other chairs. Unfortunately not all the hardware through holes were drilled larger, so I found myself enlarging them to facilitate assembly. On the plus side the finish of the machined surfaces of the HDPE parts was better than the original shipment. Due to the level of customer support from Wayfair and the manufacturer, I'd improve my review to 4.5 stars. I should have updated this earlier. After looking at multiple sites and doing comparisons, we purchased this set as we felt it best suited our needs. We purchased cushions from a different vendor. We love the looks and it fits our patio. The chairs are comfortable and sturdy as is the table. There were problems with the shipment and the manufacturer has made good on all issues 3 replacement chairs. The reason for 4 instead of 5 stars is having to get replacements sent. 1. Do not attempt to assemble this set without a power screw or drill driver. You will need a #4 metric hex bit. With that said you do have to be careful to not over tighten the screws that drill into the plastic parts you can strip the plastic out. We built one chair using the provided allan wrench and quickly changed to a drill driver. 2. Two of the chair front legs had the hole for attaching them to arm drilled on the wrong end. We found this when we attempted to install the seat and the holes did not line up. We solved this by drilling holes in the correct end, but ended up with holes on the bottom of two legs. While the were from different chair boxes we ended up using them on a single chair to make it easier on us as we hope Wayfair will provide new legs. 3. The factory missed the hole when assembling one of the backs and the screw barely missed coming out of the plastic and is quite noticeable. 4. The pre drilled and tapped bolt holes in the table frame cross thread easily. The threads are poorly machined and burs in the threads make assembly difficult. I ended up with one screw cross threaded but it did tighten.
