Have not used the set only assembled. However; the only tool provided is an Allen wrench. All the bolts are in places that allow the wrench to turn less than halfway. I found a star driver bit that fit the hex head. I only used it to drive the bolt but not to tighten it so I did not strip the head. Also the instructions do not show that the seats need to be in only one position so the holes mate properly for the backs. I needed to remove the seat and turn it 180 degrees and refasten. But the set seems secure after assembly.
