Siège profond avec coussins 5 pièces Hatteras

To start, the directions are very difficult to read as they are only pictures and aren't printed well. That being said, at least the furniture pieces were marked with letters to correspond to the directions. The hardware was not labeled and difficult to differentiate sizes based on the directions. Quite a few of the screws were stripped right out of the boxes, causing us to not be able to fully secure each piece of furniture. Some of the pilot holes were covered with wicker or not lining up appropriately which made it even more frustrating. This set took well over 2 hours with me and my husband putting it together. We chose to use screw drivers with the Allen wrench attachment which saved our fingers and hands only slightly. The wicker is of good quality and seems durable and sturdy. It is black however does look brown-black in certain lighting, so beware if you don't like this color! The cushions are an absolute joke and are worthless. The pictures depict them as white but they are cream colored at best. They are thin, flimsy and flatten down completely when sitting on them, leaving no actual "cushion" feel. The tufting in the pictures is not at all what is in real life (can barely tell its a feature) and these cushions are too tall for the actual sofa and chairs. This causes the already flimsy cushion to fall over and does not stay in place. There is no way to attach the cushions to each other or the furniture which causes even more problems. A nice feature is the adjustable legs to help make things even depending on the surface you will use them on. However, the table does not include this feature which is unfortunate. The glass for the table does not adhere to the poor excuse for suction cups on the table top, leaving it a hazard for slipping off with even the slightest bump. The glass is frosted on the underside and easily scratches off. I will be contacting customer service on this poor quality product as I would have never paid this price for what we actually ended up with. Overall, shipping was fast and everything was delivered together but that's the end of the good experience with this purchase. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS SET TO ANYONE and will be trying to figure out a way to get my money back for something else. Disappointment is an understatement...

Missing screws and the holes dont line up properly. Nightmare to put together.

ABSOLUTE WASTE OF MONEY. DO NOT ORDER. Assembly took days to do , everything is complete mis matched and does not go together right. Ratten material falls apart so easily. Totally cheap material. If i could give no stars I would, unfortunately that’s not an option. I looked into returning and I can’t even get a full refund. Plus, they’ll charge me over 200 dollars to ship it back! Total rip off.

It’s ok
