This Pinwheel Rotator is EXQUISITE. I was prepared for it to be beautiful, but my breath was taken away! The craftsmanship is stellar. The colors are gorgeous. It is much bigger than I expected! The flower itself is about twice the size I expected (but I didn't read the measurements!). It is incredibly sturdy. I haven't seen it rotate yet, but that doesn't even matter. It absolutely is the focal point of my little garden on my deck. I am very happy with this purchase and would recommend it to anyone.
