Falsely advertised as ‘Fully Assembled’ on website. It had to be assembled and does not go together easy. Managed to assemble one chair, but had another that would not go together right. The assembly directions don’t match the product either. It shows an extra set of holes that don’t exist (Set A). It also acts like there are different types of bolts when they all look identical. A bolt snapped in the process and part of it got stuck in the chair and there was also a chip in a wood arm from the start. A chair shouldn’t be this involved to assemble. It is a nice looking chair, but it should have either come fully assembled, or at the least, assemble together like a typical chair should. Disappointing and frustrating product.
