One of the shutters had a very obvious large crack on the front of the shutter. Not sure if it was damaged during shipping or before as shipping box had no damage. Had to return them and now have to wait several more weeks for another pair. Disappointing.

These were great quality. Solid wood and very heavy. I ordered them unfinished so I could paint them the same color as our trim. Beautiful!! They took 2-3 weeks to get, but worth the wait!!

I was not able to return one of the boxes that was never opened due to instead of 5 ft shutters, I needed 6 ft shutters. I was not able to return them, and the box the other box that was opened, had chipped paint on the shutters. I had to just keep the 5 ft shutters and buy a 6 ft shutters from the same seller, and if I not needed the one 5 ft shutter, I would have NOT purchased the 6 ft one. I would have had to loose another $400. I will be ordering from companies that have a return policy, specifically since the box was not even opened. NOT HAPPY
