Got delivered the wrong gazebo that’s the first thing wrong this one that was delivered came without the mesh screen’s curtain’s I was not happy but I called Wayfair Jamie the customer service representative was amazing took good care of us sdid Wayfair they are making this right so I was gonna rate it a 1 star but bcuz of them taking care of us I will rate it differently. This one is nice but it’s not made for the winter the top is not aluminum hardtop that’s definitely not what I wanted. I just want to say thank you to Jamie the customer service representative she was amazing I hope she gets recognition for this, bcuz of her we will most definitely be shopping more with Wayfair.

I am satisfied with this gazebo this is the second one that I purchased The first got destroyed in a storm with winds reaching 100 mph. I would definitely recommend.

I purchased a gazebo in 2023, and just a year and a half later, the aluminum rods on the roof snapped and tore away from the frame. I even had to retrieve parts of it from a tree in the neighborhood. I contacted Wayfairs customer service, but since it fell outside the 30-day warranty period, there was nothing they could do—not even offer replacement parts. As a result, a significant amount of my hard-earned money feels wasted. If you want a product that will last, I would not recommend this one the material was ripped, and the rods snapped. Very disappointed

This gazebo arrived on Monday lunchtime and we had assembled it by 500! To be fair, we didn’t do it constantly as my husband was also taking calls and meetings, so it probably took 2 of us 2 hours to complete it. It’s very sturdy! We had a few screws that didn’t align particularly well, but with some pushing and lifting we managed to get them all in. It is pushed up against our patio wall on 2 sides and even in the strong winds yesterday it didn’t move. We will fill the legs with pea shingle as suggested eventually, but it seemed to stand up to the wind very well! I love the slightly darker canvas roof, I’m hoping it won’t show every little mark like the lighter ones do. We’re very pleased with this product.

One of the legs was damaged. Had to use a needle nose plyer because we put started to put up past the 30 day return policy.
