This planter came defective. The glaze had a big blemish around the rim which is very visible. Customer services couldn’t exchange it because the one I got was their last one. They offered some discount but still that’s not the outcome I would have wanted. For the money I paid for this planter, I am disappointed they even sent a defective one to begin with.

The urn was beautiful. Delivery was seamless. The packaging was obviously done with great care-it took an hour to unpack it.. well worth it.
