I ordered and received this plaque approximately 1 year and 6 months ago to replace a 10 year old plaque that had some paint chips. The plaque I received was exactly as ordered. Unfortunately after 1 year and 3 months, the paint started peeling off in one location. Wayfair only warranties the plaque for a 1 year and Montague Metal products has not returned the inquiry I made via their website. I expected this plaque to last many years. I cannot recommend.
