Two stars because the ladder did not work on our pool, but it arrived as promised and the manufacturer did have timely replies with correspondence. The pool ladder arrived in a damaged box, partially opened on one end, but the parts were all there and nothing broken. We were able to get it put together, however, it did not work on our pool. The parts that were supposed to clip onto the pool for attachment did not work with our pool. Also, the ladder floats up in the water. They say to add sand into the ladder or told us to put something heavy on the ladder to make it stay down. With these problems, we attempted to return for a refund. The manufacturer offered a 25% refund and for us to keep the ladder that we are unable to use. Please be aware that this could be a problem, make sure it will work with your pool, or be out a good bit of money, which is what happened to us. Returns of larger items are not wanted/easy.
