Looks great. I didn’t assemble it, I paid some people to do that. It came in 5 boxes. One of the boxes was damaged but the product was not affected.

I really like it!!! I was going to go with another gazebo for a different brand but I’m so glad I went with this one

I would love to review the quality of this item, however: 1. I received this the day after purchase, so clearly it wouldnt have arrived. 2. I purchased this product because the delivery window was what I needed to allow enough time to put it together for an even I was having. Sadly, I received one of the five boxes in that window. The other four dont even show that they have had the delivery label made for pickup, let alone delivery. I have always had good success in the past with deliveries. Thats the only reason I gave a 3. Guess it was my turn to run into an issue when I needed it most! I will update again IF I just dont return the one box and purchase locally. Update: all four boxes were delivered today in two separate deliveries. Regrettably, I was out of town. I guess we'll see if it's what was missing when I get back! Update to the update. A couple of the boxes were damaged, but the packing was good. Only had a couple of dents in the posts. My wife and I put it together, but definitely recommend T least three people for the connections between the posts! The rest can be two people. I like that they have beafed up the roof with extra support at the borrow. This is absolutely needed if you have high winds. I have another gazebo at my home (this one is for my fifth wheel) that did not have that extra support. I added it myself a couple years ago to Seattle the wind in PA. Ala in all, pleased outside of the four boxes showing g up late and the few dents. I upgraded to 4 stars. Had I all been delivered with the first box and without damage, it would have been 5 stars.

Missing a critical part, customer service relayed wrong message to manufacturer so I’m still waiting. In the mean time had to go buy a tarp to protect it from Texas sun. Frustrated

Looks great, needs 2 people to assemble. I did find some bumps but customer service was good.
