No warning that assembly was required. Only a small illustration buried in the ad. Poor quality. Vinyl tubing for drain bent badly. Haven't plugged it in yet. I pray it works. A few reviews said it failed after a few months followed by no help from the manufacturer. Which is not surprising made in China. .DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT! I will shop from brick & mortar from now on where I can see what I'm buying.

THIS IS A HORRIBLE PRODUCT...IT BROKE AFTER 4 MONTHS AND NOW THE MANUFACTURER DOES NOT RESPOND TO EMAILS AND NO LOCAL HOT TUB COMPANY WILL LOOK AT IT AS IT IS NOT A KNOWN PRODUCT
