Easy assembly but some panels were bent out of shape and there were some scratches from manufacture side. Packaged and shipped well with no broken glass tubes.

Works great, can't gie it a five star because the instructions are not complete.

If a propane heater can be "pretty", this is it! Easy to assemble and works great. The glass tube is beautiful with the flame going.

Perfect for those cooler night and it really give a nice look to the patio sitting area

I love the way this heater looks when we have it on. Our only two issues with it have been it really uses a lot of propane gas so just be prepared for that! The 2nd issue- another reviewer had commented on missing screws and we did experience the same thing — and we couldn’t find a screw that actually fit even at a well known hardwarehome improvement store, so we left a panel unsecured in that section. It hasn’t been a problem up to this point – but, it may become a problem in the future, and if it does, I will come back and update this review review.
