Spent all summer using my new set, loved it!

I originally wrote a five star review for this product…I’m so happy to be able to correct that review. The first photo was the day after delivery…the second is just one year and two weeks later. The dining table top is disintegrating…..literally. The brown woven material breaks with a touch. The table must be thrown away. What’s even worse is that when I called customer service at Wayfair, (I was exactly two weeks beyond a year when they said they could have offered more) three people, and more than 1.5 hours later, they offered a four seat, tiny cafe table as a replacement valued at 209…..and were not nice. I called again hoping to find a more helpful customer service agent who told me, “ you were lucky, I would have offered you less”. You may wonder why I didn’t see this happing and report sooner….we covered all the furniture in July and traveled for a few months. We found the table in this condition when we returned. I’ve had great experiences with Wayfair…but not this time. Something has changed. I asked for a credit for the cost of the table ( which is sold separately) so that I could reorder a table and keep the chairs that are fine. They lost a great customer over 300! A nearly 2000 outdoor patio set should not be worthless in the first year. Shame on Wayfair for not offering great customer service….I told the agent they had lost a customer and she could have cared less. We all work hard for our money and this experience was so disappointing. Please don’t buy this table and consider your purchase with this company…something clearly has changed with regard to taking care of good, honest, customers.

Table and chairs were as pictured but the legs on the chairs could be more sturdy. Some appear to be bent inward and it looks like they could easily break.
