Terrible. Pole on umbrella is badly scraped. Your Product Specialist told me, over the phone, that the umbrella was raised by a handle and also tilted. The umbrella that was sent to me has neither. Now I have to spend a fortune to return it and it is very heavy to re-wrap and return.
