Détails de la garantie

We offer a 2-year warranty on every product we sell. That is just how confident we are in the quality of our products. We want to make sure you are 100% confident and satisfied when buying from us. Our 12-month warranty covers the material quality of frames, accessories, and bases. The warranty does not cover damage from or due to mildew, normal wear, neglect, abuse, acts of nature, attacks by animals or children, misuse, improper cleaning, storage, or prolonged exposure to inclement weather. Umbrella damages by wind are also not covered by warranty. Ripped fabric, cracked or broken parts, and freight damage must be reported within 7 days from receipt of shipment.
