Très bon produit très satisfait merci

I haven’t had the opportunity to unroll or install the turf yet, so I can’t review the product itself but it looks well packaged so I’m excited to unroll it . However, I was disappointed with the delivery experience. I was told I would receive a call approximately 30 minutes before arrival, but the driver called when they had already arrived. When I called the driver about the delivery, I was told the turf “wasn’t heavy.” However, it took three delivery workers to lift and unload the rolls, and I still had to find someone else to help move them afterward. I also selected inside-entryway delivery, but the rolls were left on my deck instead. I hope Wayfair improves its delivery process so it better matches the service customers are promised.

It is still looking great after a couple of years on my outside covered patio.

Was delayed with delivery but good quality.

The product (artificial turf) was delivered a few days late. Also I had to call customer service several times to try to expedite shipping. I was given a week window for delivery where other online sites offered free two day shipping. In total though CS was very friendly and the turf was delivered intact at a competitive price. Glad to have it!
