What I think is that this item was returned as defective by another customer and never fixed; just sent it the next person who ordered it (me). There is a leak which affects the left side in the green part which affects the left side inflation. To return it requires photos of the leak which, because of its location, would not be seen. I will fix it myself and think twice next time I order.
