I bought 4 of these chairs two months ago. They have been rarely used on our patio and yet they are already unraveling and some of the "bamboo" has loosened on the seat and the nails used to attache them has drawn blood when someone sat on them. Customer service says they cannot help. I have four chairs that look good as long as you don't sit on them. So I give the manufacturer 1 star for design and zero stars for functionality/safety. If I could give the Wayfair chatbot 5 stars for politely brushing off a customer I would, haha. Next purchase will be from a brick and mortar store where at least they can brush me off in person!
