I’m impressed! I’ve only used it once, but it’s identical to the ones I’ve used at med spas. It heated up to 140° with ease. I think it feels hotter than the 2-person ones I’ve used because the space is smaller. I was dripping with sweat after 20 minutes. Like the other reviewers, I agree that putting this together was a cinch! I couldn’t believe how easy it was. I’m so thrilled with my purchase so far.

I’m 6’-1” 223 lbs and fit comfortably in this sauna. I put it together by myself in 20 minutes. It did come with small damage and I did not here back from wayfair so I fixed it myself. Heats up to 140 in about 15-20 minutes . Use it after every workout.

Super fast delivery! It came in two boxes. My teenage son was able to put this together easily with little assistance from me. The sauna is easy to use and works well, however it doesn’t feel like it gets up to 140 degrees in my opinion. While it’s not recommended for outside use, we have it in a covered porch area. My husband who is 6ft fits in this well, but someone much larger may have a tight fit.
