Support Krock

I ordered this bracket and the first order was lost in the warehouse. So a week after it was supposed to be delivered, which was a month after I ordered them, I called an a new pair was sent to me. This time they did arrive and I was so excited. I live in a balcony and have fairly thin balcony railings. This bracket did not work at all with my railing. As soon as I put a full planter box on the bracket they fell off the railing. This bracket will only work with a railing with a flat 2x4 on it to grab onto. Also, the sides are open, there was nothing to secure the planter on the bracket. I was not confident that the planter wouldn't just slide off the end. I would not recommend for an apartment or condo balcony with a metal railing. Would probably be great on a deck with a flat 2x4 on top to give it a lip to grab onto.
