It arrived missing two of the eight decorative caps. After spending lots of time "chatting" then calling, I still, over ten days later, have not received the promised caps. Otherwise it's pretty nice

Simple to put together. Some wood was cracked but will work. Came fast!

The quality was okay. A rubber mallet helped with the assembly. The disappointing part was the caps for the posts. They weren’t finished at all. The surface on all sides was extremely rough….almost chewed. Just finished hand sanding all eight of them to make them barely acceptable before installing.

Well made, easy to assemble. Also, excellent customer service. I ordered 4 and Fedex lost one. I called them and they sent out a new one immediately. Very happy with them, they look great in the yard.
