I have yet to get it above 300°F per the thermometer on the cover. However, good enough to get great grill marks and that charred flavor. The grill plate is fantastic and holds/ conducts heat well. Perfect size for grilling on my balcony.

Easy to put together. Cooked a great steak on the first night. I live in a Condo and this is the only grill allowed on our balcony and I am very pleased with it. I live near the ocean so the stainless steel was a must have.

We live it. It’s really a good purchase. Grill like a real BBQ.
