By far the worst online ordering experience in my lifetime and unfortunately this was ordered as a gift for someone. The box arrived in a terrible state with broken seams and ripped corners. Open the “box” to discover plastic rattan pieces and cushions but no hardware or instructions! So let me guess, it will be my job now to find a new box, pack this garbage up, print off a bunch of labels and then be on stand-by for whenever the pick-up guy shows up. This is my last Wayfair order. Brutal!

Just got it. Looks substantial and sturdy. I hope it lasts. I expect it will. The cushion is thick with a nice quality fabric.

Perfect for the space. Sturdy and feels durable. The cushions are a little thin but you could add additional ones.

I cannot give a reasonable review of the chairs that I should be reviewing, because I didn’t get the chairs, and instead, I got two ottomans. The chairs look like very nice chairs in the picture, but obviously, this is not the outcome I wanted! Wayfair says they are sending the chairs to me, so should I actually receive them, I will be able to change this rating and review. Update: chairs arrived and are great!

We got the chairs and the indoor outdoor rock at the same time and we love how they complement each other. The chairs are great as the cushions come off so we can store them in the winter time. They are very comfortable and easy to put together. They will complement anything else that we add to the patio .
