missing pre-made holes for screws, impossible to put together with the provided tools. otherwise love them, very dissapointed.

Love the chairs! Bought the matching table. Color is gray (a darker gray - which I like). Made of durable material. Very organized tool kits included. Easy assembly. Turn over tool kit you can remove the screwsbolts that way.
