They give you these plastic nails to attach the tombstones together, but it will not hold. It’s very flimsy and cheap.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Effective at spooking people as the sound is loud and it is sound activated so it doesn't pop up or speak until someone claps or the like. The bellowing voice definitely creeps people out, but gets annoying fast as there are only two phrases that are long and can't be interrupted or hushed. All in all it will be a small jump scare for kids on the porch near the candy at Halloween. Would not work in any sort of haunted house or anything, adults can see the skeleton hiding behind the tombstone so not scary and you can see the jump scare coming lol. Cool idea that is plagued with issues from poor construction: one of the red eyes popped out of the skull, the effect is ruined for the glowing red eyes. Not hard to put together, only ~7 pieces. However, the tombstone ends up kinda floppy since it ships in two halves that are only held together with plastic screws that poke into the styrofoam. The battery pack and controls are hard to operate because they are located inside the skull that is bobbing up and down. There are no arms, hands are part of the decoration on the tombstone, so there is an illusion of popping up. At night, outside, this effect may be less obvious, but I would not put this outdoors as it's too light for any amount of wind and rain would probably me up the unshielded electronics.
