Very slow and low heat

The sauna maybe could be good but both the first and second ones delivered had broken glass. After the 2nd one arrived broken, I saw another review on here about the broken glass and decided to not attempt a third delivery. I’ll get a more sturdy sauna instead

This product finally came after 2.5 months of continual misrepresentation of delivery timelines and multiple reorders. Upon finally recieving a door was fully shattered as it was glass packed on top of glass with absolute no padding or protection. Upon calling Wayfair I was informed they would replace and get to me ASAP in which they informed me the following Monday which was about a week away. I said ok. Fast forward, I finally get an email the day before I was supposed to recieve it saying we will ship it as soon as possible. I call wayfair and ask timeline as it was promised to be delivered tomorrow to be told by the supervisor, I hope it goes out soon, we are waiting on their response like you are. ?????? So after canceling my clients health and wellness event going on 4 times due to the lack of honest timelines. I am now left without a client as she stated this has happened one too many times, a half built sauna that is not useable, and Wayfair saying hey we don't know what else to tell you it is on the supplier not us hopefully they figure it out soon. Thanks Wayfair!
