We haven't hung it yet, but we've opened the box, and the bench appears to be of good quality and good workmanship, We gave it four stars because we were concerned about the quality and weight capacity of the chain and hardware and there wasn't an option to upgrade them, nor was there an option to purchase the swing without the chain and hardware. (No such thing as "too careful" when it comes to these things). As a result, we had to pay for the parts in the purchase and have since added another $100+ for proper, heavy duty chain and hardware. Not to mention the time and effort expended in researching and finding the right parts. Because of this, we almost gave the swing three stars, but we didn't think it fair considering how nice the bench is and how well made it appears to be.
